Nutritionist advised a dish to save a hangover

Nutritionist Nuria Dianova named a dish that saves from a hangover after drinking alcohol on New Year’s. This was reported by RIA Novosti .

Dianova urged not to abuse alcohol, especially champagne. “Carbonated drinks are absorbed faster in the stomach and are therefore dangerous,” she explained. The nutritionist advises not to drink on an empty stomach, and the next day he recommends eating jellied meat.

Dianova believes that sausage has no place on the New Year’s table. She recommends replacing it with chicken roll, turkey, or beef tongue. According to her, it is better to limit yourself to just one mayonnaise salad and instead of juices drink water or mineral water.

Earlier, Nuria Dianova called a way not to get better during the New Year holidays – to control the amount consumed alcohol and fruits. She also listed the most high-calorie dishes on the festive table. Among them were salads Olivier, mimosa and herring under a fur coat.
