The NTFS file system driver developed by the ReactOS project has reached a level that allows you to install and use ReactOS on NTFS partitions. In addition, the ability to format partitions in NTFS, ensuring compatibility with Windows, has been added. Caching, logging and NTFS security mechanisms remain unimplemented, which can negatively affect performance and limit the ability to recover the FS after failures.
