Russian governor fulfilled wish of a child with a genetic disease

The Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region Alexey Teksler fulfilled the wish of a child with a genetic disease and presented him a special tricycle for adults reports RIA Novosti citing Texler’s press service.

Because of his illness, the boy Sasha from the Uysky district of the Chelyabinsk region cannot ride another bicycle, although he tries to lead an active lifestyle. It is difficult for him to walk on foot, but he plays football, is individually engaged in cross-country skiing and even takes part in sports competitions. He wrote about his desire to learn to ride a bicycle in a postcard that Texler took from the “Christmas tree of desires” in Moscow.

“Today Alexander and his parents visited the governor’s residence, where Alexey Teksler presented him with a long-awaited gift,” the governor’s press service reported.

Earlier, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin fulfilled the wish of a seriously ill 10-year-old boy for named Sasha from the Tula region. In a note on the “Christmas tree of wishes”, the child thought to hug the panda. On December 19, the boy arrived in Moscow with his parents and met the panda Ruyi under the supervision of the zoo staff.
