Sony’s next generation consoles will be on sale before the end of the year, reports the M.Video chain of stores in its community VKontakte .
According to company representatives, the console can be purchased in the “next couple of days.” In ” M.Video ” it was clarified that this is not a pre-order, but about the ordinary procedure for buying a device: “It is purchase with delivery from our warehouse.” The company noted that both the classic PS5 model with a floppy drive and the digital version (Digital Edition) will be available.
Also in the statement, gamers were asked to be patient and not to buy consoles from resellers, whom M.Video representatives called “mother’s businessmen.” The VKontakte community says that the PlayStation 5 will be available at the recommended retail price – 47 thousand and 38 thousand rubles for the classic model and the version without a drive, respectively.
In conclusion, the representatives of the retailer promised that by the end of the year the network will resolve issues with all pre-orders of the new console: “By the end of December, 99% of pre-ordered consoles will be with buyers.” However, there may be delays with remote regions due to the high workload on couriers during the New Year period.
