SME Bank lowered rate on loans for self-employed entrepreneurs

SME Bank, a subsidiary bank of the SME Corporation, announced a decrease in the rate on loans for self-employed citizens to 6.25 percent per annum. The rate is fixed and is valid for the entire term of the loan agreement. This is stated in the message of the bank.

Beginning self-employed entrepreneurs (registration period – from 0 months) can receive up to 500 thousand rubles in SME Bank for a period of up to 3 years, and existing entrepreneurs (registration period – from 3 months) can receive up to 1 million rubles for a period of up to 3 years to develop your business. The interest rate on the loan is fixed and from November 24 is 6.25 percent per annum. However, no collateral or pledges are required.

The bank notes that lowering the loan rate will increase the availability of financial support for the development of your business, and will also act as an additional incentive when deciding to launch it.

Since November 9, SME Bank has also launched a program to refinance loans to individuals who are not individual entrepreneurs and apply a special tax regime “Tax on professional income”.

Loans issued to individuals for the development of entrepreneurial activity are refinanced. The maximum loan amount is not more than the amount of refinanced loans according to the Bureau of Credit Histories, but not more than 1 million rubles.

Especially for self-employed SMEs, the Bank has provided for a simplified application procedure and a special assessment model that provides a quick review of applications and a short list of documents. Thus, to obtain a loan from SME Bank, you need to fill out an online application and a questionnaire through the bank’s remote lending system AIS NGS (smbfin.ru), as well as attach certificates from the “My Tax” service. An account for a loan can be opened at any bank.
