“Lambrecht is an experienced politician, an experienced minister. This is an important ministry and an important partner for the safety of our country,” said the leader of the SDPG, representing the head of the Ministry of Defense.
Scholz also revealed the name of the future of the Minister of the Interior. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Germany for the first time in the history of the country will be headed by a woman. According to the leader of the SDPG, Nancy Fedzer, who was a member of the Social Democratic faction in the parliament of Hessse, “very well known in this area.”
“Safety in this government will be in the hands of strong women,” the future chancellor emphasized.
