During the rally in Honduras, the mayor of the municipality of Kartarranas Francisco Gaitan was shot dead. This happened on the territory of the Francisco Moorasan Department, TASS reports with reference to TV channel.
Politician Gaitan represented the liberal batch. He was killed when he performed at the rally in front of his supporters. The attacker shot in the mayor 15 times.
The criminal detained the participants of the rally – he was transferred to the police. Killing organizers are still unknown. The liberal party called on the authorities to investigate.
Earlier at the Christmas party was shot dead by the mayor of the Mexican city of Khalap-de Diaz Arturo Garia Velasquez. Also, a group of armed people killed the son-in-law of the city holder, the employee of the tax service of Javier Terrero.
