Ukraine: rejection of Russian vaccine was considered a “planned extermination of people”

Deputy Verkhovna Rada , co-chairman of the Opposition Platform – For Life party Vadim Rabinovich stated that the refusal of the Ukrainian authorities from the Russian vaccine against coronavirus Sputnik V “is the planned destruction of the country’s people. According to him, in order to get out of the situation with COVID-19 in the country, it is necessary to start vaccination. The politician believes that the Ukrainian authorities “are obliged to return to the Russian vaccine.” “If we tell everyone that we do not take the Russian vaccine, and they simply do not give it to us in the West, then this is a planned operation to destroy the Ukrainian people,” he said.

December 10, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal stated that the authorities will not be able to use the Russian coronavirus vaccine, since it has not passed the third stage of clinical trials. The politician noted that at the moment there is no talk of purchasing a Russian vaccine.

The Russian side expressed its readiness to supply the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine to Ukraine and to make it on the territory of this country.
