The press service confirmed the death of the head of the water utility, noting that between him and the mayor Alexander Studenikin there were no conflicts. “This tragic incident took place in the administration building, but not in the reception, but at the reception of the head of the city – in the corridor. (…) He was asked to wait on the sofas in the corridor, as the head of the city had a meeting. There he had a heart attack.” , – said the administration.
