Press Secretary President of Russia Dmitry Peskov named situations in which Russian leader Vladimir Putin is brutal. He told about this in an interview with the host of “Russia 1” Vladimir Soloviev . A recording of their conversation was posted on YouTube -channel “Soloviev LIVE”.
In response to a question, a Kremlin spokesman noted that in the event of betrayal or theft, Putin can be cruel and even ruthless.
“In addition to what in his understanding is sinful (…), yes, he is cruel,” the spokesman admitted. Peskov also stressed that the president receives full information about what is happening and understands who should be punished.
In the same interview, Peskov also called Putin a good man. He added that he would not have worked in office, hypothetically assuming that the president could commit a crime.
