Kazakhstan: accused an extremist organization in provocations to disorders

The Secretary of State of Kazakhstan Erlan Karin said that one of the organizations recognized by the Court of Extremist provoked unrest in the country. He stated this on the air “Khabar 24” TV channel.

According to him, this organization has repeatedly incited violent actions, including the seizure of administrative buildings. The Secretary of State noted that it was through its chats that indications and instructions for the seizure of buildings and road blocking were distributed.

In addition, Karin said that Kazakhstan’s society is trying to bring a radical ideology. He added that the overall task of residents of the country block this kind of idea.

Earlier it was reported that the emergency regime (PE), which was introduced after the start of the riots, was removed throughout Kazakhstan. The term of the regime expired at midnight January 18 (21:00 on January 18 Moscow time). It is noted that during it a curfew (from 23:00 to 07:00 local time).
