Norwegian mass killer Anders Breivik laid the guilt for the terrorist attacks committed to them in July 2011, on the Neo-Nazi network of Blood and Honour, based in the UK. In his opinion, they inspired him radical ideas over the Internet. Breivik, who has changed the name on the Fiotolf Hansen, filed a petition about the parcel in September 2020. It became possible, as the criminal served by that time eight years, which corresponds to the minimum term of imprisonment.
On July 22, 2011, Breivik made two terrorist attacks. First blew up the homemade device in the government quarter Oslo – eight people died. After that, the killer penetrated into the youth camp of the ruling Norwegian working party on the island of Utina, where 69 more people were shot.
