President of Kazakhstan Kasym-Zhomart Tokayev instructed the power structures of the country to implement measures to improve combat readiness and equipment. This is reported on the official website of the head of the republic.
The order is addressed to the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan, the Committee of National Security, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, National Guard and “other power structures”.
In the report, it is also said that the departments need to conduct events for “maintaining the moral spirit of servicemen.”
Among other orders of Tokaeva – the creation of the investigative group from representatives of the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the CNB and other competent structures. It will have to identify the causes of the events that occurred, establish all the perpetrators and attract them to administrative and criminal liability.
