US and “Most of the World Community” believe that it is critical to attract Russia to responsibility for “unacceptable actions”, Psaki said. “With regard to the measurement of the effectiveness of these measures, our goals: to reduce tensions in relationships, speak directly when we have concerns, take action when necessary,” she added.
At the same time, according to the American press secretary, the United States does not consider sanctions as the only tool for building relations with Russia and evaluating their effectiveness.
