Japanese company Shoei Kisen, who owns the ship stuck in the Suez Canal, apologized for “caused serious anxiety.” This is stated in a statement on the organization’s website.

In Shoei Kisen, they stated that they continue to do everything possible in order to relieve the ship from Melie, and find a solution to the situation. “We sincerely bring our apologies for causing serious concern to the courts that are planning to go swimming, and the courts that were in the Suez Channel at the time of the accident,” the message says.
