Google has now started releasing official builds of Chrome for Linux systems running on ARM64 architecture. These builds can be found in the deb and rpm packages available for download. Previously, official Chrome builds for Linux were only made for the x86_64 architecture, leaving ARM64 users to rely on third-party Chromium builds provided by distributions.
The official version of Chrome offers features such as support for Google account integration, synchronization of data across devices, easy installation of add-ons from the Chrome Web Store, the option to enable advanced security mode, and the inclusion of the Widevine CDM module for viewing DRM-protected media content. This means users can enjoy services like Netflix, Spotify, and Disney+ with ease.
