Organizer of attack on University of Kabul was sentenced to death

In Afghanistan, a man was sentenced to death for organizing an attack on the law school of a university in Kabul in early November. Then 22 people became victims of the attack, reports RIA Novosti citing 1TV TV channel News.

“The organizer of the attack on a university in Kabul, Adil, was sentenced to death,” the channel reported.

The attack on the educational institution took place on November 2, when representatives of Afghanistan and Iran opened a book fair there. The attack reportedly killed 22 people and injured another 27. Ministry of Internal Affairs eliminated all three shooters who participated in the attack.

After about two weeks, the police detained the organizer, a man named Adil. For three years, he attended a course on Islamic law at the university, after which he was recruited by the Haqqani Network, which maintains relations with the terrorist terrorist banned in Russia the Taliban .

The terrorists gave the man weapons and ordered to organize an attack on the university in order to put pressure on the Afghan authorities, Adil himself later admitted.
