Girl was left alone at home and fought back robber

A girl from the US city of Woodland, California, fought back a burglar who tried to break into her house. The website of the TV channel WNCT 9 reports.

On Friday, December 18, 12-year-old Nyletta Lincoln was at home alone. She heard a noise and thought that someone was knocking on the door.

“I was wearing headphones and heard loud sounds. When I took them off, I realized that someone was really trying to break into the house,” she said.

Lincoln grabbed a baseball bat and went to the front door. She saw that the lock was broken and a stranger was trying to enter the house. For a second, the perpetrator stopped and said, “Let me in.”

“I screamed,” No! “and kicked the door in his face. I was very scared, but I knew that he shouldn’t come in and I needed to protect my house. I didn’t want to die. I didn’t want him stole something from my house. So I defended myself, “the American woman described her feelings.

Police officers who were nearby noticed the suspect outside the door of the Lincoln house and arrested him. The same man was already arrested in November after digging through the trash in the yard of a local resident.

“I’m proud of her. She’s my little Latin-Irish Viking, and it’s in our blood. He chose the wrong house with an even harsher 12-year-old girl than me,” commented Nilett’s father. p >

Previously it was reported that an elderly resident of the US city of Spanaway, Washington, independently detained a robber who was trying to break into her house. The pensioner took aim at him and called the police.
