Friends hit the jackpot of 665.9 thousand Australian dollars (36.8 million rubles). “This time, my friend bought a ticket at a different store where he usually does. Perhaps that played a role,” the winner explained.
He noted that he is currently thinking about what to spend his share of the winnings. “The only thing I was thinking about was buying a new car. But first I want to see the money in my bank account. Then I can plan other things, such as helping my family, vacations, etc.,” he said.
Earlier, a resident of the American state of South Carolina said that his wife’s sudden need to take advantage of the restroom enriched him by half a million dollars (36.7 million rubles). He bought a winning lottery ticket at a gas station, where they stopped at her request.
