Employment centers during the pandemic carried out the issuance of funds for starting a business in the amount of 50 thousand rubles for persons registered as unemployed. The Fund, in turn, developed for them a number of educational programs, thereby increasing their entrepreneurial competencies, which ensured an effective investment of funds allocated to self-employed for business development. In total, over 500 people took part in educational programs, of which more than 100 participants were selected, who are currently being trained as guides and, as a result of the completion of the project, they will become self-employed or are so today. We will recommend all travel companies in the region and just individuals who come to rest in the Kaliningrad region to use the services of these highly qualified self-employed guides, “said the head of the fund Kirill Lilo.
