Santa Claus from an American shopping center was arrested for harassment of a minor. The New York Post writes about this citing police data.
The incident took place over the weekend at the Connecticut Post Mall. The 45-year-old black Prince Carter, who worked in the building as Santa Claus, was arrested.
According to the Milford City Police Department, the man molested his underage colleague: he grabbed his victim and hugged her, and also exposed himself in her presence in the staff lounge. The sex of the victim was not specified. Carter faces charges of sexual assault and risk of harm to a minor.
Representatives of the shopping center said that after the incident, the man was forbidden to appear on its territory. It is also noted that Carter may be released on bail of 25 thousand dollars.
In June, it was reported that in the US city of Houston, Texas, a man wanted to enter a business center using the Santa Claus method – through a ventilation pipe – but got stuck.
