Date of introduction of lockdown in Ukraine announced

The date of the lockdown introduction has been announced in Ukraine. The restrictions will operate from January 8 to January 24, “Strana.ua” reports.

This decision was made by the government at a meeting on Wednesday, December 9.

During the lockdown, it will be prohibited to visit educational institutions (except for kindergartens) and public events (except for official sports). Cafes and restaurants will not be able to receive guests, but they will issue orders to take away. Shopping centers will be banned from selling all goods except essential goods. Entertainment facilities, beauty salons, fitness rooms and markets will be closed.

In addition, from January 11 to January 21, it is recommended to establish a remote mode of operation. We are not talking about restricting public transport.
