Woman lost her memory and married her husband a second time

A resident of the Canadian city of Saanich, Vancouver Island, lost her memory, forgot her husband and remarried him, reports the Unilad edition.

In 2017, nine months after the wedding, a pillar fell on the head of 23-year-old Laura. As a result, the woman suffered a brain injury, due to which she lost her memory.

The Canadian has forgotten that she is married. Her husband, Braden, was very worried and felt like a stranger to her. “It was very hard trying to forget how we laughed and had a good time and think that now she doesn’t even know who I am. She was scared when I wished her a good day or confessed my love,” he said. /

Laura also felt trapped. “I felt as if I had been denied a choice,” she explained. In the first two years after Laura’s injury, the couple continued to live together, but without the same level of romance and affection. They looked more like roommates.

But the man did not give up trying to remind Laura of who he is to her. He wrote her love notes and it helped. “I went to Braden and said that I could not be married, which I do not remember, but I want to get to know him better. So I called him on a date, and for the third time we flirted,” – said Laura.

On August 19, Braden proposed to Laura again. “We both knew we had to get married,” said the Canadian.

Previously it was reported that a resident of the English County of Surrey lost her long-term memory and forgot all after nosebleeds. Thanks to the last correspondence on the phone, the woman found out that she had a lover, whom she desperately tried to remember, but could not.
