The generators have also become necessary as armored vehicles and bulletproof vests.”

After military or diplomatic support, humanitarian aid, to deal with the emergency. While freezing temperatures settle in Ukraine, Russians have multiplied, since October, the strikes against civil infrastructure, depriving millions of water, current and heating. “Russia, whose military weaknesses broke out in broad daylight, opted for a cynical strategy,” said Macron, repeating that these strikes constituted “war crimes” which would not remain “unpunished”. “Can you imagine half of France deprived of electricity?” Launched alongside Olena Zelenska, the Ukrainian First Lady.
