The Moscow City Court has reached a verdict in the case of the hacker who targeted the IT system of the Hemotest medical laboratory. The court has sentenced the individual under Part 3 of Article 272 and Part 2 of Article 273 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The sentence includes 1.5 years of imprisonment.
