DNA profiles belonging to the royal family of Great Britain have been stolen by a hacker who has now exposed them to an astonishing four million people. This shocking revelation comes after the hacker managed to breach the security of the prominent DNA testing company, 23ndme, and subsequently made the stolen genetic profiles available on the notorious cybercrime market, Breachforums.
A leaked dataset contains not only the genetic profiles of the esteemed British royal family but also those of powerful dynasties such as the Rothschilds and Rockefellers. Additionally, it includes the profiles of some of the wealthiest individuals residing in the United States and Western Europe.
The audacious hacker has further claimed that the pilfered DNA profiles consist of sensitive information like email addresses, photographs, genders, dates of birth, and genetic origins.
While the royal family has yet to officially verify the legitimacy of the data breach, Securitylab has already confirmed the authenticity of the leaked information.
