Under contract with the French Football Federation (FFF) since 2008, the director general Florence Hardouin received, Tuesday, February 28, her letter of dismissal signed by Philippe Diallo, the interim boss of the body. According to the synthesis of the audit commissioned by the Minister of Sports, Amélie Oudéa-Castera, “the brutal methods and the behavior deemed erratic” of the DG “no longer allow him to exercise a recognized authority”.
The FFF considers that the departure of M me hardouin, director general since 2013, is essential given the degraded relationship and source of dysfunctions between her and President Noël Le Graët, resigning the February 28, and the questioning of the legitimacy of the director general by several directors and employees since 2018. The Igesr had however estimated that the management of M me hardouin was not “harassed “.
In addition, the FFF is based on the conclusions of the IGESR which pinned the “failures” and the ineffectiveness of the “policy of fighting gender -based and sexual violence” carried out by the body.
