US intelligence: Energy weapons are not cause of an unknown Havana syndrome, as previously reported

The US National Intelligence Director warns that the Gavanic syndrome from which American scouts and diplomats suffer is associated with previously existing mental health problems, aggravated environmental conditions. It is reported by the Washington Poston with reference to Intelligence report.

The Gavan syndrome, which was first reported in 2016 by American and Canadian scouts deployed in Cuba, was characterized by many inexplicable auditory and cognitive symptoms. People heard sudden loud sounds, which were often accompanied by pain in the ears. Others reported noise in the ears, vision problems, dizziness and cognitive problems. Similar symptoms were later tested by intelligence officers and military personnel around the world.

Earlier, the US National Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine claimed that the symptoms of American diplomats in Cuba are caused by directed impulse radio frequency energy used by a foreign enemy. However, after analysis of about 1000 cases of the Director of National Intelligence reached this affirmation. But the final cause of the syndrome was never established.
