Alpine skiing: French Clément Noël wins slalom of Schladming

The Olympic Champion of gold medalist in Beijing last year arrived in front of the Swiss Ramon Zenhäusern and the Norwegian Lucas Braathen on Tuesday, during the second round of the World Cup.

French Clément Noël won the Schladming slalom on Tuesday, January 24, counting for the Alpine skiing World Cup, in front of the Swiss Ramon Zenhäusern and the Norwegian Lucas Braathen.

The Olympic gold medalist champion at the Beijing 2022 games, aged 25, had only reached seventh place in the first round of this 2023 World Cup. Tuesday, he managed to really let go in The second round to sign his first victory this winter in the World Cup, and also the first of a Frenchman.

He is ahead of Zenhäusern 7/100 seconds, and Braathen of 38/100, for the tenth victory of his career.
