Researchers Discover New Large-Scale Attack Using Malicious Raspberry Robin Program

Researchers have recently uncovered a new large-scale cyber attack utilizing the malicious Raspberry Robin program. According to reports, attackers have been distributing this program actively since March 2024, using modified Windows Script Files (WSF) as the delivery method.

The findings, as detailed by researcher Patrick Schleps in a report on hp wolf secrets, reveal that the Raspberry Robin program, also known as Qnap, has been exploiting vulnerabilities through these WSF files.
