Tabs Grouping Coming to Firefox

Laura Chambers, the newly appointed head of Mozilla Corporation, has announced the appointment of developers to work on implementing tab grouping functionalities in Firefox. This decision comes after a user raised concerns about Mozilla allocating resources to AI integration in the browser while neglecting the important feature of tab grouping. Over 3,000 users voted in favor of implementing tab grouping, which was a highly requested feature on Mozilla’s ideas platform. It is worth mentioning that Mozilla’s competitors such as Chrome, Edge, and Vivaldi have long supported tab grouping, giving them a competitive edge in the browser market.
