The NDMA said that more than 80,000 hectares of cultivable land had been ravaged and more than 3,400 kilometers of roads and 149 bridges carried by waters.

According to the authorities, these bad weather is comparable to those of 2010, record year in which two thousand people had been killed and almost a fifth of the country submerged by the rains.
