The private group of EHPAD Orpea was convicted of negligence on an old -fashioned elderly person after being hospitalized for an unexplained double fracture of the femurs, announced on Thursday, June 16, the Nanterre court, solicited by the agency France-Presse.

The court recalled “the legal obligation of the EHPAD to ensure the dignity, integrity and security of persons holding stay contracts, and the principle of their responsibility”, according to a press release.
