In the framework of the production of production, Proton-PM (included in the integrated structure of NGO Energomash State Corporation “Roskosmos”) concluded a new contract with the ADC-Aviad Maker (included in the Joint Engineering Corporation of Rostech State Corporation) for the manufacture of components and assembly of gas turbine power plants (GTES).
In accordance with the agreement in 2022, the company will have to put four GTES Ural-6000. The aggregates are intended for the Middle-Nazimskoye deposit of the territorial production enterprise “Beloyarskneftegaz”. Another power plant, according to the previously concluded contract, will be manufactured for the East-Transfer Deposit of the Territorial Production Enterprise “Kogalymneftegaz”.
last year Proton-PM set the customer Seven GTES “Ural-6000”: four – for the Harbae deposit “NOVATEK-TARKOSALENEGAZ”, three – for the arrangement of the gas field Semakovskoye “RusGazillias”. One of the aggregates produced has passed control and factory tests – the possibilities of the enterprise allow not only to make components and assemble the GTES, but also to be debugging and testing. This ensures the readiness of power plants to use, thereby accelerating the deadline for commissioning and returning investment.
In 2021, seven gas turbine power plants were shipped to the ADC-Aviad Mouser. On request of the CED-Perm engines were tested 149 gas turbine installations. In the current year, comparable volumes are expected. In addition, we are planning to provide services for Tests of gas turbine power plants and repair engines in the interests of other customers. “
Proton-PM is involved in the production and testing of gas turbine power plants since 2003. In September 2019, the company shipped the Customer of the 100th GTES, and in just the years of cooperation, 107 energy units were delivered. A modern assembly and test complex of gas turbine power plants (GTES “Ural” 2.5-6 MW) has been created on the countryside in the new Lumps (GTES “Ural”, which allows to provide high quality assembly and installation, check the operation of the main units, as well as debugging and receiving test tests.
