Despite the fact that during the elections of 2021 he scored a record number of votes, at the moment his rating falls rapidly. Reducing the level of confidence occurred against the background of growth of unemployment, inflation and poor state of the national health system during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Representatives of the private analytical company Morning Consult said that the overall Obiden approval rating among the US population is only 40 percent. Thus, he became one of the most unpopular presidents in the history of the country.

Biden remains popular among the voters-Democrats: it is supported by 78 percent, but unconditionally – only 34 percent. Among the Republicans, the rating of distrust of the American president is 91 percent.

The low rating of Baiden can lead to loss of the Democratic Party in the Chamber of Representatives of the United States in the elections, which are scheduled for November 8, 2022. At the moment, the Republican Party holds a small majority in Congress, but in 2022 the gap between the number of representatives of the party may increase.
