He supported the approval of the US Chamber of Commerce and the Association of European Businesses, who called the humiliating requirement of Russia on the mandatory testing of highly qualified foreign specialists for HIV and drug use. “Foreign colleagues in this matter are absolutely right. It is necessary to check where there is a real, and not a fictional threat,” the business ombudsman said.

At the same time, the title agreed that sanitary control over labor migrants should be clear. “But the requirement for foreign top managers once a quarter to confirm that they are not syphilicism, looks, to put it mildly, is dying,” he summarized.

December 29 in Russia earned a law on which labor migrants and foreigners, who arrived in Russia for a period of more than 90 days, were obliged to undergo medical tests. In accordance with the decree, almost all foreign experts who arrived in Russia for more than 90 days will have to take the radiological examination quarterly and donate blood and urine tests for diseases, including leprosy, tuberculosis, syphilis and HIV / AIDS.
