Clément Beaune announced that a “extremely reinforced” European protocol, currently being discussed between the twenty-seven, would take over. It will include restrictions already taken against “red list” countries in previous CVIV-19 propagation waves (“test on arrival, test and isolation”). “We will probably go further,” said the Secretary of State, explaining that even vaccinated people should probably submit to a test to travel between France and these southern African countries.
