Court in United States demanded to cancel mandatory vaccination of health workers from COVID-19

The District Court of the American State of Missouri decided to cancel the government’s decision on the obligatory vaccination of all health care officers in ten states. This is reported by TASS with reference to the decision published in the e-journey of the Court.

The decision says that the defendant represented by the US government should immediately terminate the coercive of health workers and other members of Medicare’s medical insurance (Medicaid) and Medicaid (Medicaid) to mandatory vaccination in the states of Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota and Wyoming. The court agreed with the arguments of the plaintiffs that this decision of the federal government was not approved by the US Congress.

Earlier, the US Occupational Office obliged all companies with a staff of more than 100 people to vaccinate employees from COVID-19 until January 4, 2022 or demand from non-unmet employees to donate Coronavirus test at least once a week. Power 11 states already filed lawsuit against the introduction of such a measure.
