Sber has become the SAMS EUROPE Award premium laureate awarded for the best projects in the Software Asset Management (Software Management). The European professional community highly appreciated the project “Integrated SAM solution in Sberbank”, which took the first prize. The Russian company first ranked first in the history of the prize.
The solution implemented in the savage will automate the collection and processing of a huge data array that are coming through integration with the sources of “primary” information to account for software. As a result, the Sber receives up-to-date and systematized license information, which allows you to improve the quality of planning and optimize their number.
Awarding took place at the Tenth Annual SAM Strategies EUROPE conference in Copenhagen. This year, for participation in the competition from all applications received, three applicants chose: Sberbank, Atruvia AG and Toyota. At the conference, nominees presented their decisions, and then the Community of SAM European professionals during online voting determined the winner of the award – the best project in Europe in the field of sam.
