He made such a decision in connection with the investigation on suspicion of aiding with bribery and the abuse of confidence, which is conducted in its respect. Kurtz stressed that he wants to “avoid chaos and ensure stability” Austria.

The Kursz’s acting Chancellor proposed to appoint Alexander Schallenberg to the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. At the same time, the Ex-Chancellor himself will take place in the National Council relating to the Lower Chamber of the Austrian Parliament.
