According to the publication, since the first November, the unmailing Germans will cease to reimburse the loss of earnings in the event of a forced care for quarantine. According to the current laws, German citizens are obliged to comply with self-isolation in the case of positive testing for the virus or after returning from high risk of infection. Previously, they could require a full salary compensation in the first six weeks of quarantine.
New rules will affect residents who have no contraindications for vaccination from COVID-19. The Minister of Health Jens Scpp noted that the authorities seek to achieve justice. “Why do others have to pay for the fact that someone decided not to vaccinate?” He clarified. At the same time, some politicians criticized the initiative by equating it to the introduction of forced vaccination.
In August, it became known that in Germany wanted to cancel free tests for coronavirus. Then the ScPP called the vaccination from the COVID-19 “patriotic act” and stressed that the adversaries of vaccinations would soon be paid to pay for each testing. He encouraged all the Germans to make vaccinations more actively.
