The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia refused to give a visa to one of the Russian diplomats in response to the expulsion of his employee outside the country. This is reported by Interfax with reference to the press service of the department.

Tallinn noted that in diplomacy it is customary to respond to decisions on the expulsion of the mirror and this case did not exceed the exception. At the same time, he expressed the hope that Moscow will refuse further confrontation and will not take asymmetric measures.

“Estonia is interested in good and constructive relations with all its neighbors, but for this requires a similar will from Russia,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
