Specialists of the complex of operation of the reference-neutralization station (ZNS) of the Space Center “Eastern” (a branch of the operating center of the ground-based space infrastructure facilities is included in the state corporation “Roscosmos”) continue to prepare the station to accept and refuel the “Frigate” acceleration unit for launch 36 ONEWEB spacecraft within mission number 49.
Preparatory operations pass according to the schedule plan from September 1 to September 7, 2021. During this period, the weight metering equipment, equipment of refueling helium, oxidizing agent and flammable is prepared. In total, about 50 ZNS specialists take part in the works. The reference-neutralization station is intended for the preparation and refueling of spacecraft, blocks of removal and accelerated blocks of specially prepared components of rocket fuel and compressed gases.
