US President Joe Biden will announce the creation of a new working group with the United Kingdom and Australia for the exchange of advanced military technologies. It is reported by Politico with reference to the representative of the White House.
The group will receive the name Auukus, on the abbreviations of the participating countries. Such a form of cooperation will be simplified for the parties to the interaction and exchange of technologies in areas such as artificial intelligence, activity in cyber space, underwater systems and possibilities of strikes over long distances.
The source of Politico indicated that the agreement would also include a point on nuclear technologies. The publication notes that the transaction will be indirectly aimed at expanding the possibilities of opposing China and the prevention of its military dominance.
