China accused of “aggressive actions” against Lithuania

In the Lithuanian Sejm will consider the dynamics of relations between Lithuania and China. This was stated by the head of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Affairs Zhigimantas Pavitelis, writes the DIENA edition.

He accused Beijing in “aggressive actions” against Vilnius and noted that the Deputies of the Seimas intend to discuss the “union of the coalition of democratic countries against China.

Parliamentarians also recalled that earlier the Avian Agression was directed against Australia and the Czech Republic. In his opinion, in the future, it can affect any country of the European Union (EU) and NATO. Pavitelis stressed that Western countries should be prepared for confrontation such a policy.

On September 3, Lithuania recalled from China to consult his ambassador Diana Mitzkeeviche. The departments reported that they went to such measures against the background of a diplomatic conflict with the PRC. Before that, Beijing recalled his diplomator from Vilnius because of the decision of the Lithuanian side, to open the representative office of Taiwan in the capital.
