Britain removed service dogs from Afghanistan

Great Britain took all their service dogs from Afghanistan. This is reported by the issue of Daily Mail.

Former Commandos of the British Royal Marine Infantry Pen Farthing (Pen Farthing) took about 200 dogs and cats from Afghanistan. At the same time, some military was indignant to this approach to Britain, stating that the authorities cost more effort to save people, not animals.

Daily Mail emphasizes that, unlike the United States, the British side managed to save animals. According to a charitable organization for the protection of animals, American Humane, the United States threw dozens of service dogs in Afghanistan. The organization condemned the “death sentence”, which the United States actually signed by the animals left. It is argued that now they may encounter bullying from representatives of the Taliban terrorist movement (prohibited in the Russian Federation).

At the same time, the Pentagon Pentagon Spokesman John Kirby stated that the reports that the US military with evacuation from Afghanistan left at the airport of service dogs, erroneous. “The US troops did not leave any dogs in the cells at the Hamid Karzaya International Airport, including allegedly service military dogs,” he stressed.
