In the Ministry of Economic Development rated the level of slaughterism of Russians. According to the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Ilya Torosov, the debt burden of Russian citizens is at a low level compared to other countries, reporting “Izvestia”.
According to Torosov, the level of debt of Russians is less than 20 percent of GDP. At the same time, in developing countries, example, in Brazil, it reaches 30-50 percent. In such developed countries, as the United States and the United Kingdom, the indicator is at 70-90 percent.
Toros stressed that an increase in debt burden should be consciously from the part of who takes a loan. The loan should not immerse the Russians in the “debt pit”, from which it is impossible to get out. Authorities regularly discuss possible solutions to this situation, he concluded.
Deputy Minister of Economic Development added that in the Russian government now consider the bill, obliging to inform the borrower on excessive debt burden. If the monthly loan payment exceeds half the income, the Russians offer to send written notifications about it.
Earlier it was reported that the Russians had less free money. Thus, the amount of free funds in the average household in Russia in June at the annual level decreased by seven percent.
