Belarus is under the reflection of the “hybrid aggression” of the collective West. This was announced by the chairman of the State Security Committee (KGB) of the Republic of Ivan, Belte writes.
According to him, after the attempts of the state coup in the country in 2020 and the resumption of protests in the spring of this year, Western countries moved to “economic suffocation” and creating conditions for the split of the state apparatus of Belarus.
The Terper also spoke about the future plans of the West on the change of power in the country. He added that a number of states consider this a prerequisite to achieve their geopolitical interests. The head of the KGB noted that Western countries consider various options for the implementation of such a task, in particular – military path.
Earlier, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko declared the willingness to post Russian troops in the republic. He stressed that the country’s leadership can take such a step in the presence of a threat to the state.
Before that, Lukashenko accused the countries of the West in the deprivation of Belarusians wages, pensions, benefits and high-quality medicine through sanctions. The President noticed that the Republic never faced the republic with such a scope of economic restrictions in its address.
