The list includes various types of packages: Bag-in-box (multicomponent beverage packaging), Doypak (flexible vacuum packaging, plastic bag with a bottom), Floupack (package with two transverse and one longitudinal seam), a package in the form of a jug , vacuum or heat shrink package / film thickness up to 20 millimeters.
From disposable dishes are indicated opaque colored PET bottles, plastic cups, plates, cups from a glass for drinks, substrates, packaging-shells, tubes, stirrers and disposable cutlery, foam lodge for the transportation of goods.
The list also has tubes for toothpastes, creams made of composite material, plastic capsules from coffee, sachet-packages, retort packages, egg packaging for ordinary and quail eggs, blister pack (except for medication), canned food container, aerosol Packaging made of composite material, box / pack for tobacco products and cotton wands.
The list will become one of the documents of the roadmap to implement the concept of advanced responsibility of the manufacturer. Following it, the norms of environmental fees will be approved, which will be performed by the functions of the economic incentive and push the manufacturers to the transition to environmentally friendly production.
Earlier, the head of the Committee of the Council of the Federation for Agrarian-Food Policy and Environmental Management Alexey Majorov noted that a transitional period was banned for the production of goods from plastic, which will delay at least a year. Otherwise, manufacturers will go bankrupt.
