They explained there that in some cases, when calculating the pension, the service in the army can be taken into account until 2002, but this option does not always give the greatest amount of payments.
Individual pension coefficients – an indicator on which the amount of pension depends. They are charged for each year of work or other activities taken into account for calculating the pension. The cost of one coefficient is revised annually.
June 11 reported that last year the number of applications of Russian citizens for the appointment of a storage pension from non-state pension funds turned out to be noticeably less than the expected level. More than half of the respondents – 51 percent – admitted that they tried to figure out in this topic, but faced with difficulties. 30 percent of respondents heard about pension points and two parts of the pension, but did not understand how it works. Another 11 percent of the survey participants admitted that they were not at all interested in this topic.
